Gorilla Trekking is currently ranked as one of the World’s most interesting and adventurous tourist activity in Africa. Worldwide, there are less than 800 mountain gorillas left! Mountain Gorillas are critically endangered and only found in 3 countries namely; Uganda, Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo.

Tracking gorillas in Rwanda takes place in Volcanoes National park, also known as Parc National des Volcans. The park is just 2hours drive from Kigali (Rwanda’s Capital). Rwanda is accessed through Kigali International Airport!

In Uganda, gorilla trekking is done in impenetrable forests of Bwindi National Park, located in south western Uganda, accessed by road and air. Many of our clients prefer trekking gorillas twice by combining Uganda and Rwanda.
